Vice President of Asset Management & Corporate Real Estate Services
Anthony Amadeo is the Vice President of Asset Management and Corporate Real Estate Services within Woodmont Industrial Partners.

Mr. Amadeo is responsible for the day-to-day financial obligations for the individual assets as well as developing value enhancement strategies within the industrial platform. He helps manage the marketing, leasing and branding of the WIP portfolio which consists of approximately 3MM square feet.

Mr. Amadeo has considerable analytical experience from his prior position with BlackRock where he spent nine years within their transactional and asset management divisions. In his last position in transactions, he was part of team that sold over $4 billion of real estate in all product types (industrial, multi-family, office and retail).

Mr. Amadeo graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Business Finance.

Regional Asset Manager
Matthew Crocker is the Regional Asset Manager based in Central Pennsylvania, responsible for the development and management of WIP assets in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey markets. Mr. Crocker brings considerable experience in the real estate management industry, previously serving as Assistant Vice President at Crossgates, Inc. a regional real estate development and property management firm, where he managed over six-million square feet of industrial/warehouse space. Matthew is an eight year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Captain and serving as a Marine Corps Naval Aviator and Executive Officer of Recruiting Station Harrisburg. He is a licensed real estate agent in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Financial Analyst
As Financial Analyst, Ms. Slayton is responsible for the financial analysis and underwriting of potential opportunities and the ongoing performance of the portfolio for both Woodmont Properties and Woodmont Industrial Partners. She provides quantitative support and conducts due diligence on acquisition and development opportunities including performing market research and analyzing market and economic data. Prior to joining Woodmont, Ms. Slayton was the Vice President of Project Finance at Roseland Property Company where she collaborated on $1.5B of debt and equity financings for development projects in NJ, NY, VA and MA. Prior to Roseland, Ms. Slayton worked as an analyst for San Francisco’s Presidio Trust. She has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Boston College.

Special Aviation and Port Sector Advisor
Dennis Lombardi is Special Aviation and Port Sector Advisor to WIP. Mr. Lombardi served as the Deputy Director of the Port Commerce Department and retired from the Port Authority of NY and NJ in October 2014 after 30 years. He managed all aspects of operations, maintenance, revenue generation, lease administration, security, technology and asset management for more than 3,000 acres of the largest port on the east coast of North America, a $250 million per year business. Mr. Lombardi is a graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy and has an MPA from Baruch College.
